Natalia Kostusiak - Psychologist for children and adults

I am a psychologist and I hold online psychological consultations for teenagers and adults throughout Poland. I help to make sense of difficult emotions, stress and overload, improve relationships and build practical strategies for coping in everyday life. I work in the ACT and SFBT approaches - focused on real change and concrete steps.

How I can help

The people who most often come to me are those who:

  • feel long-term stress, tension, overwhelm or a drop in motivation,
  • have difficulties in relationships (family, partner, peers),
  • want to improve their emotional regulation, self-esteem and self-confidence,
  • need support in a crisis or at a difficult stage of life,
  • are looking to make sense of their situation and have a plan of action - without judgement, at a calm pace.

What matters to me

Safety and understanding are the foundation of our work. We focus on what is important and helpful here and now - even when difficult thoughts or emotions arise.

If you are in crisis and fear for your safety, call the emergency number 112 or contact the nearest 24-hour help service. Consultations are not a substitute for urgent intervention.

What working together looks like

  • Sessions take place online at an agreed time.
  • In the first consultation we discuss your situation, your needs and the aim of our conversations - and then we agree the next steps.
  • We work at a pace that suits you: sometimes a few sessions to put things in order are enough, and sometimes it is worth planning a longer process.
Consultations take place online (all over Poland). In our sessions we put the situation in order, name what matters most and look for practical ways of acting. What further work together looks like depends on your needs and the goal you come with.
